Today the Independent review on FENZ workplace polices and practices to address bullying and harassment was publicly released.
As your Association, we fully support the recommendations of this report, which can be found on the Portal. We anticipate that there will be a lot of public commentary about the report, which may impact you.
Your Leaders and managers have been sent briefing notes which they will be discussing with you. If you have not heard from them yet and have concerns please contact them directly, or your Union/Association. The Briefing includes information on how to engage with media and the public, and also how to get additional support if you need it
